Debunking the Canons of Atheism with Decisive Proofs
About This Book
In this book Shaykh Abdur-Rahman ibn Nasir as-Sa'di answers the arguments of atheism and materialism.
He states the atheists' arguments fairly before he responds to them. A reply that distorts the other side only convinces people who already agree, and a reader who sees his own view misrepresented stops reading. Setting out the argument as its holders would put it gives the book a chance with readers who are actually unsure.
He then tests those arguments on rational grounds that an unbeliever can accept, rather than quoting scripture to someone who does not accept it, and shows where the positions contradict themselves.
Shaykh as-Sa'di (1307-1376 AH) was one of the leading scholars of his time and a teacher of Shaykh Muhammad ibn Salih al-'Uthaymin.
