About This Set
This edition is in Urdu. Jami' At-Tirmidhi is one of the six major collections of hadith. It was compiled by Imam Muhammad ibn Isa At-Tirmidhi (209-279 AH), a student of Imam al-Bukhari who traveled widely to learn hadith from many teachers. A full description in Urdu follows below.
سیٹ کا تعارف
«جامع ترمذی» حدیث کی چھ بڑی کتابوں (کتب ستہ) میں سے ایک ہے۔ اسے امام محمد بن عیسیٰ ترمذی رحمہ اللہ (۲۰۹ تا ۲۷۹ھ) نے مرتب کیا، جو امام بخاری رحمہ اللہ کے خاص شاگرد تھے اور جنہوں نے حدیث کی طلب میں دور دراز کے سفر کیے اور بہت سے شیوخ سے علم حاصل کیا۔
یہ مجموعہ علما کے ساتھ ساتھ عام قارئین کے لیے بھی آسان اور مفید سمجھا جاتا ہے۔ امام ترمذی رحمہ اللہ احادیث کے ساتھ مختلف فقہی مذاہب کی آرا بیان کرتے ہیں، اور احادیث کے درجے اور راویوں کے بارے میں بھی کلام کرتے ہیں۔ یہ اردو ایڈیشن چار مجلد جلدوں میں ۳۹۵۶ احادیث پر مشتمل ہے۔
