About This Book
The Path to Self-Fulfillment by Umm Abdurrahman Sakina Hirschfelder aims to help Muslims live a content and fulfilling life built on two foundations: love of Allah and a healthy acceptance of oneself. The author treats happiness as closely tied to the ability to love Allah, and sets out practical ways to work toward it.
The book covers the personal qualities behind self-fulfillment, then turns to relationships with others, and ends with a discussion of happiness itself, including learning to trust Allah, accepting His will, and sharing one's blessings.
