About This Book

Study the Noble Quran Word-for-Word (Part 1) gives an English meaning for each Arabic word of the verses, so the reader can see how the individual words build the meaning of a verse. It was compiled by Dr. Muhammad Amin, Ph.D. (USA), using the translation by Dr. Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din Al-Hilali and Dr. Muhammad Muhsin Khan.

A word-by-word rendering alone does not give the full sense of a verse, so the regular idiomatic translation is printed on the same page. Readers can move between the two to connect vocabulary with meaning.
