This book, compiled by Al-Hafiz 'Abdul-Ghani bin 'Abdul-Wahid Al-Maqdisi, gives brief biographies of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and of the ten Companions who were given the glad tidings of Paradise.
The publisher chose it because it condenses the main facts of the Prophet's life into a short, simple form that is easy to remember. According to the publisher's note, the author also includes some details not usually found in general Seerah books. A brief biography of the author is included.
