About This Book
Atlas on the Prophet's Biography by Dr. Shawqi Abu Khalil gives a concise account of the Seerah, the life of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), and pairs it with maps, explanatory diagrams, illustrations and photographs. Together they show where the events of his life took place: the places he visited, the battles he fought, and the expeditions and envoys he sent out.
The maps and illustrations are arranged in chronological order, and short notes and excerpts accompany the pictures to explain what each one shows. The author compiled a series of atlases in the same pattern, and Darussalam presented this one after the Atlas of the Qur'an. The original work was written in Arabic and published by Dar al-Fikr in Damascus.
