About This Tafsir
Tafseer Ahsan-ul-Kalam (Large) is a tafsir of the Noble Qur'an in Urdu. Each page carries the Arabic text in bold Persian-style script on the right, 15 lines to a page, with the Urdu translation and explanatory footnotes on the left. The commentary is a summarized one drawn from Sahih al-Bukhari, Tafsir Ibn Kathir and Tafsir al-Qurtubi. This edition is in Urdu. A full description in Urdu follows below.
تعارف
«تفسیر احسن الکلام» (بڑا سائز) قرآن مجید کی اردو تفسیر ہے۔ ہر صفحے کے دائیں جانب قرآن کا عربی متن جلی فارسی رسم الخط میں ہے، اور ہر صفحے پر پندرہ سطریں ہیں۔ بائیں جانب اردو ترجمہ اور حواشی کی صورت میں تفسیر دی گئی ہے۔
