About This Book

Tafsir al-Jalalayn is one of the most widely read classical commentaries on the Qur'an. It was begun by Jalal ad-Din al-Mahalli and completed by Jalal ad-Din as-Suyuti, and its name, "the tafsir of the two Jalals," comes from its two authors.
