The book is a study of the prophets and messengers and the message they brought: tawheed, the worship of Allah alone, together with laws for individual and social life. Working mainly from the Qur'an and hadith, and also citing the Bible and other scriptures, the author argues that the message of all the prophets is one and that it culminates in the final message brought by the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).
