Respecting The Messenger of Allah explains the respect Muslims owe to Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). It begins from the Islamic teaching that Allah alone is worshipped and given the highest reverence, and that after Allah, His Messenger is to be respected above anyone else, because Allah has commanded this and has described the Prophet as having an exalted character.
