About This Qur'an
This is Traduccion-Comentario Del Noble Coran, a Spanish translation and commentary of the Noble Qur'an by Abdel Ghani Melara Navio, in a pocket-size edition without the Arabic text. The translation draws on classical commentaries, among them al-Jalalayn, Ibn Kathir and at-Tabari, with particular attention to the Andalusian commentators al-Qurtubi and Ibn Juzayy al-Kalbi al-Gharnati. Its commentary summarizes at-Tabari, al-Qurtubi and Ibn Kathir and includes comments from Sahih al-Bukhari. A full description in Spanish follows below.
