Sufyaan Ath-Thauree loved acquiring knowledge and spreading it among his fellow men. He rendered great services to Islam and is respected for reviving those Ahadith of Prophet Muhammad which could have been long forgotten if he had not made any efforts to revive them. He was a humble and pious believer who shunned fame and glory for himself and always lived a humble life. His life is a great example of true services to Islam and Allah Almighty.
