Khabbab bin Al-Aratt (R) The Teacher

The life of Khabbab bin Al-Aratt is full of incidents of bravery, passion, courage and patience. Before accepting Islam he was a slave and he suffered endless atrocities of the non-believers yet his faith in Allah and his blessings remained unshaken. The Muslim Ummah needs such stances of Valour, courage, strong Belief and passion to keep them walking the path of righteousness.

Many Muslims who were weak and enslaved suffered inhumane persecutions in the early days of Islam. Yet, they remained steadfast and brave in their belief in Islam and support of Prophet Muhammad (S). Khabbab bin Al-Aratt (R) was one of these oppressed believers who had no hope of protection or safety except for their strong belief in Allah's salvation. Khabbab (R) rose from the degrading life of slavery to become a teacher of Allah's revelation and a warrior in the cause of Allah's religion.
