The book content of Digital Quran is similar to QM7800 but it is different in the presentation style which makes it more economical. The Color screen is not included in Digital Quran and it is slightly larger in size with different menu system. It does not have a SD slot for expansion however has the Quran audio voice of Al-Efasy which is already included! It also has the Nokia style rechargeable battery allowing for longer run time which is similar to QM7800
