Depending on the persons choice of fabric, the Abaya can either feel hot or not. Loose clothing allows air to flow around more freely. But on hot and humid days, people wearing Abaya can get more uncomfortable compared to other people. But because Muslim women believe that Allah commands them to do it, they see it as an obligation they need to fulfill.
