About This Book
Story of Prophet Huud (Eber) is book 3 in a rhyming series on the Prophets for young children. The people of 'Aad were powerful builders who asked who could be mightier than they were. Prophet Huud (peace be upon him) called them to worship Allah alone, and they mocked him.
The book tells of the drought that followed and of the cloud they welcomed as rain, which turned out to be the wind that destroyed them over seven nights and eight days. The lesson for a child is clear and lasting: strength is not the same as safety.
