The issue of rights and duties of women in Islam has often been clouded by controversy, personal opinions and sheer ignorance. Even though a lot of scholars have dealt with this subject, there is still a need to discuss broad aspects of the issue. To remove some of the misunderstandings, prejudiced opinions and falsehoods which circulate about the Rights and Duties of women in Islam is the main purpose of this booklet.
